Help us reach more older people feeling lonely, in the lockdown, and beyond

We need funds to cover the cost of putting in place safe programs as we work with the most vulnerable families and women:

  1.  We need to run checks on new volunteers
  2.  Pay for training for our volunteers
  3.  Pay for calls using safe systems to protect vulnerable women
  4. We need stock for our Food and Hygiene Banks in Kenya, Zambia and Nigeria for the needy families.

Please consider supporting this work and together we touch lives.

This helps to connect to more positive emotions. It improves your overall sense of well-being. it gives them more energy, more optimism, more social connections and more happiness than those who do not. They are also less likely to be depressed, envious or greedy. it decreases levels of depression and anxiety (Kashdan & Breen, 2007)
